Great staff, good location, spacious room, delicious breakfast, beautiful views. Accommodated our requests and moved us to a nicer room. Close to attractions and restaurants. Ample amenities and helpful front desk. Would book again for a pleasant stay in the heart of the city.

Conveniently located with many nearby restaurants and shops. Clean, well-decorated rooms with daily cleaning. Helpful, available staff who assist with transfers and tours. Secluded yet close to popular attractions. Great breakfast, wifi, and peaceful atmosphere.

Very good location and staff, I liked it. Very comfy bed, clean bathroom and a safe, central heating and an iron in the room. That was luxury hotel set in peaceful area. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Balikci Sabahattin that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it an ideal base for exploring the best sightseeing spots. From here, you can easily walk to the blue mosque, take ferries to explore the Bosphorus, or visit the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and provides good service.

There was some miscommunication about transportation to the airport, which led to inconvenience and unnecessary hassle.

The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the Arasta Bazaar and very close to the historical center of the city. We loved how fitting it was to the area, surrounded by beautiful sights and just a short walk from the TRAM station. The breakfast provided was amazing, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations.

The staff at the reception are very helpful, they even helped us print our boarding passes early in the morning. they provided us with complimentary luggage storage, very convenient as we traveled to another city for a few days. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, as it is very close to all the famous attractions.

The room size was very small, not what we expected from the pictures we saw online. The breakfast options were limited and the quality was not great.

The room was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping staff made sure that my every need was met. I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast served each morning which provided me with a wide variety of hot and cold items to choose from. Additionally, I appreciated the different amenities available in my room, such as the electric kettle and soundproofed walls, that made my stay even more comfortable.

We had a good stay at a hotel located in the heart of old Istanbul. Just a short walk from all the main attractions, including the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff at the reception were helpful and provided us with all the necessary information about the city. Our room had a fine view of the Sea of Marmara, which we enjoyed both from our room and the beautiful rooftop restaurant where breakfast was served. The hotel's location was ideal, surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafes, and markets. we highly recommend this hotel for a nice and convenient stay in Istanbul.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our first trip to Istanbul. It was situated in the Sultanahmet area, very convenient for exploring the city's tourist attractions. We also loved that there were hidden gems like rooftop terrace bars and local taverns within a short walking distance from the hotel. The size of the room was a bit small for three people, but we appreciated the option of having a single bed to make our stay more affordable in this expensive area.

Although our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a few drawbacks. The laundry service was not very good and our clothes were not washed properly.

The soundproofing between rooms could be improved, as noise from neighboring rooms can be heard.
